Hello dear one. My name is Ali.
I am a mother of three young children, a yoga practitioner and a yoga teacher of over a decade.
I have created this course for pregnancy so that you can develop a yoga practice or deepen and adapt your self care at this special time.
Yoga helped me feel more grounded and calm during all three of my pregnancies and also empowered me to birth my babies with a felt sense of calm and deep trust in my body, mind and spirit.
Yoga connects us, to ourselves, each other and to the infinite wonder of this world.

Asana (movement) helps to keep your body strong, supple and relieve aches and pains. Pranayama (breathwork) gives you access to your energy, to regulate your nervous system. And meditation can bring you into the present moment, bring conscious awareness to all that is, the infinite abundance and bliss that is present within you.
